Alfred (ALFRED, registration in progress) publishes the personal concierge service available at alfredtheconcierge.com.

• Account information: email, first name, last name, phone number.
• Conversations with Alfred and requests made.
• Travel preferences and traveller profile.
• Memories built by the AI to personalise recommendations.
• History of generated experiences and bookings.
• Subscription and billing information.
• Browsing and usage data collected via PostHog (analytics).
• Establishment information from the Google Places API.
• Affiliate links generated when recommending establishments.

• Provide and personalise the concierge service.
• Improve the relevance of recommendations.
• Manage the user account and customer relationship.
• Provide support and human concierge assistance when needed.

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (provision of the service), your consent (analytics and marketing cookies), and our legitimate interest in improving the service.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Once the account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations (billing data: 10 years, in accordance with French accounting law).

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Right of access, rectification and deletion of your data.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object and to restrict processing.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Alfred uses the following services to generate its recommendations:

• Anthropic (Claude Haiku): analysing requests and generating experiences
• Google Places API: establishment information, ratings and photos
• OpenAI (embeddings): semantic search within the catalogue

Data sent to these services is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your request. No identifiable personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

If you contact us through the WhatsApp button on this site, your phone number and the content of your message are kept in order to handle your request and to get back to you about the Alfred offering. This information is neither sold nor shared with third parties, apart from our technical hosting providers. You may request its deletion at any time at the contact address shown on this site.
