Terms of Service

Last updated: 14/06/2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set out the conditions of use of the Alfred service, available at alfredtheconcierge.com, published by ALFRED (SAS, registration in progress).

2. Description of the service

Alfred is a personal concierge service enhanced by artificial intelligence. It offers personalised recommendations for accommodation, restaurants, activities, transport and additional services, tailored to the preferences expressed by the user.

Actual bookings with partner establishments are handled by our concierge team or through integrated booking partners, subject to availability.

3. User account

The user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating their account and to keep it up to date. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Alfred offers four levels of access:

  • Free: free of charge, 10 conversations per month
  • Alfred Essentiel: €8 per month, unlimited AI conversations, without assisted booking or WhatsApp Concierge, cancellable at any time
  • Alfred's Club: €19 per month or €190 per year, booking of your experiences and WhatsApp Concierge included, cancellable at any time, no commitment
  • Alfred's VIP Club: €1,200 per year, dedicated human support, priority WhatsApp Concierge and reduced service fees

Annual plans (Alfred's Club €190 per year, Alfred's VIP Club €1,200 per year) are paid in a single instalment covering twelve months. They renew at the end of the term unless cancelled beforehand and are not refundable pro rata beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Fair use: the unlimited conversations included in the paid plans are intended for normal personal use. In the event of manifestly excessive, automated or resold use, ALFRED may temporarily limit response throughput, after informing the client, or suspend the account in the event of persistent abuse.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for monthly subscriptions and at the annual renewal date for annual plans. Any plan is refundable pro rata if cancelled within 14 days of subscribing (statutory right of withdrawal).

Saved payment method: when you authorise deferred collection of service fees, your card is not stored by ALFRED. Only a secure token is kept with our payment provider for the duration of your ongoing bookings, then for 13 months as proof of consent and for our accounting obligations. You may request its deletion at any time from your client area or by simple written request, without affecting amounts already owed.

5. Limitation of liability

The recommendations provided by Alfred are indicative and generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems. The final services (accommodation, dining, activities, transport) are the sole responsibility of the establishments and third-party providers. ALFRED cannot be held liable for the quality, availability or performance of these services by third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Alfred brand, visual identity, site design and recommendation engine logic are the exclusive property of ALFRED. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

ALFRED reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of abusive or fraudulent use, or use contrary to these Terms of Service. The user may terminate their account at any time from their profile.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the courts with authority over ALFRED's registered office.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator covering ALFRED, in the event of a dispute not resolved by a prior written complaint to our customer service (contact@alfredtheconcierge.com). Designated mediator: Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV), BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, www.mtv.travel. The client may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
